  This DVD has the same retail terms and restrictions a customer would find in a piece of software they’d purchase in a store – there are no usage limitations or time limitations.
   
• Is the software time-bombed?
  No.
   
• What software is being distributed with the courseware?
  This software will come in DVD format, and will contain both x86 and 64-bit versions of Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition with one server CAL and 5 user CAL’s. The customer will receive two product activation keys with each DVD – one will unlock the software as per usual, and the second key unlocks an instance of Windows Server 2008 in within a virtual machine (VM)
       
• Can I distribute the software with courses other than those designated?
  No, you may only distribute the software with the designated courses
   
• Can I run both classes with and without the software SKU at my discretion?
  No. Once you sign up to this program, you must agree to hold classes with the SKU that includes the software for the customer. This is because Microsoft Learning will also be driving customers to your classes if you have signed up for the program. An expectation has been set regarding the software with these customers.
   
• What if a customer attends the same class twice? Do they get another copy of the software?
